I placed an order for a dark blue DSL on Jan 4. Shipping label was promptly made and put into the USPS system for tracking, but then for the entire month of January that’s where it sat. My order wasn’t given to USPS to deliver until I messaged the seller twice: once letting them know the issue, and the second was a firmer request for acknowledgement. Finally I got a reply, but no apology or explanation. Just, “no worries, it’ll be shipped asap”. Once shipped, however, it only took two days to get here, arrived Feb 4. At least it was well-packaged.
Unfortunately, though, the issues don’t end there. I’ve received a light blue DSL, rather than the dark blue I ordered and it’s filthy. At this point, though, I’d rather just accept the DSL I’ve finally gotten instead of continuing to deal with their customer service (or lackthereof).
